Agreement By browsing or purchasing from Flipyard, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products Devices are refurbished and graded (Superb, Good, Fair) as described on each listing. Photos and specs are representative; minor cosmetic variation within the stated grade is expected.

Orders & pricing Prices are in UAE Dirhams and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may cancel or refuse orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Accounts You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Flipyard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, beyond the remedies in our warranty and return policies.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
