Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping across the UAE We deliver renewed devices across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery windows and fees are shown at checkout based on your emirate and order value. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Refunds & returns Eligible orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the device is unused (or as described), complete with original accessories, and in the same condition you received it. Start a return from your order page or /returns.

Refund timing Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong item Contact support immediately with photos. We will arrange a free return shipping label and a replacement or full refund.
