We grade in plain language, using three tiers that mean exactly what they say. Superb is like-new: you would have to hunt for a mark, and most people never find one. Good is fully functional with light wear, the sort of faint scuffs you get from a few months in a pocket or a case. Fair is fully functional with visible cosmetic wear on the body, while the screen and internals remain solid. The critical point, and the one we want every customer to understand, is that all three grades pass the same functional tests. Grading is about cosmetics and price, never about whether the device works properly. A Fair-grade iPhone is not a compromised iPhone; it is a fully working iPhone that happens to carry its history on the outside, sold for meaningfully less. Every Flipyard device ships with a 12-month warranty handled here in the UAE. Not a thirty-day marketplace guarantee, not an overseas claim process that involves shipping a laptop to another country at your own cost. A full year of cover on hardware faults, managed by a local team you can actually reach. On top of that, eligible orders carry a 7-day return window, because a spec sheet and a photo gallery are never quite the same as holding the device.
